Nicolas Lainez was born in 1970 in El Salvador he came to the U.S at the age of 16he started working at a now closed restaurant El Charitto for about 3 years, soon after that he started working at Carabba’s where he worked for 14 years during that time he was approached by a friend to do catering for his daughter birthday party.
Nicolas had the skills he learned from carabba’s to be able to do a catering from there the word spread that Nicolas food was best from anyone else. He soon began getting calls after calls from people asking from him to do their catering.
He started his catering business with his wife and his two kids. When the company got bigger he hired workers which haven now become our family. After 10 years of catering he opened up a food truck and was always parked a a women farmers market in Bethesda, MD, He worked the food truck business for about two years when he finally decided to open his own family restaurant Azteca Bar & Grill with the help of his two kid and his wife.
